Accessibility Statement

Nude Beach, operated by SuperCritter, LLC, wants everyone to be able to browse and buy from nudebeachco.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not an afterthought.

Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The site is currently partially conformant with that standard, which means some parts of the content do not yet fully meet it, and we are actively working on the gaps.

What We've Done So Far

Text and background colors that meet AA contrast ratios
A consistent navigation structure
A layout that reflows and stays usable on phones, tablets, and desktops
Relative font sizes so text can be scaled
No content that flashes more than three times per second.

Known issues we are still fixing

Some product and decorative images do not yet have descriptive alternative text, and completing image alt text is our current priority
Some heading levels and form field labels are being corrected
Some product names are still supplier defaults rather than descriptive names
Some third-party components, including parts of the store and checkout supplied by our website platform, are not fully under our control, and we raise issues with the vendor where we find them.

Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If an accessibility barrier prevents you from completing a purchase, contact us and we will take your order by email so you are not prevented from buying.
