Accessibility Statement

Nude Beach, operated by SuperCritter, LLC, wants everyone to be able to browse and buy from nudebeachco.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not an afterthought.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This site is currently partially conformant with that standard, which means some parts of the content do not yet fully meet it. We are actively working on the gaps.

What we have done so far: text and background colours chosen to meet AA contrast ratios; a clear and consistent navigation structure and page headings; a layout that reflows and stays usable on phones, tablets and desktops; forms with visible labels, including at checkout; and descriptive link text rather than bare "click here".

Known issues we are still fixing: alternative text on images is incomplete, so some product and decorative images do not yet have descriptive alt text, which affects screen reader users, and this is our current priority. Some product names are still supplier defaults rather than descriptive names, which makes them less useful when read aloud. Some third-party components, including parts of the store and checkout supplied by our website platform, are not fully under our control, and we raise issues with the vendor where we find them.

If you cannot access something on this site, or you have trouble completing an order, email hello@nudebeachoriginal.com. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

If you cannot complete a purchase because of an accessibility barrier, contact us and we will take your order by email so that you are not prevented from buying.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option].
