Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SuperCritter, LLC ("Nude Beach") collects when you use nudebeachco.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have. Questions: hello@nudebeachco.com.

Order information: your name, shipping address, email, phone if given, the items you ordered and any personalisation text. We use this to make, ship and support your order.

Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation and the last four digits only. We never see or store your full card number.

Account information: email, an encrypted password, order history and wishlist, used to run your account.

Marketing information: your email address and subscription status, only if you opt in.

Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site, used to keep the site working, secure and improving.

We share only what is needed, and only with parties who need it to do a job for us. Our print and fulfilment partners, Printify and Printful, receive your name, shipping address, order and any personalisation text so the item can be made and dispatched. Shipping carriers receive delivery and contact details for tracking. Our payment processor handles your card details directly. Our website platform, Wix, hosts the site and store. We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities where legally required, or to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and session working, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off without breaking checkout.

We email you about your order because we have to. Marketing email only goes to people who opted in, and every marketing message has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop order and delivery messages.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct information that is wrong, ask us to delete it, ask for a portable copy, opt out of marketing at any time, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email hello@nudebeachco.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. We may need to verify your identity first. We cannot delete records we are legally required to keep, such as completed transaction records.

Order and transaction records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and payment card data is handled by our processor rather than by us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We operate in the United States, and your information is processed there, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
