Shipping Policy

Every Nude Beach order is made to order, so there are two stages: production, then transit. Your total wait is the two added together.

Production takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships. Personalised items can sit at the longer end of that range.

Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3 to 5 business days within the United States, and 10 to 20 business days internationally. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather and customs can extend them.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the destination and what is in your cart. You will see the exact amount before you pay.

You will get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after you receive it. A link showing nothing yet is normal and does not mean anything is wrong. If it has not moved after that, email us.

Orders with several items are sometimes produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate parcels, on different days, with separate tracking. There is no extra charge for this. If part of your order has arrived and the rest has not within a few days, contact us.

International orders may attract duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping charged at checkout. We cannot predict them, and we cannot refund an order refused or abandoned at customs.

To change a delivery address, email hello@nudebeachco.com as soon as possible. We can change an address only before the item goes into production. After that the label is set.

Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once you confirm a corrected address, and you pay only the reshipping cost.
